Solution Example
Tracking multiple jobs from the initial customers concept, through to illustrations and artwork design and finally to overseas manufacture, is an ideal solution for our Job Management System.
JMS is a job and milestone driven Windows based application. Jobs entered onto the system allow for individual customer, job and artist details to be stored. Upon the artwork completion, processes are in place for printing and customer acceptance approvals.
Following on from acceptance of the job design, the artwork is automatically sent to the overseas manufacturer through a custom FTP application and tracked using a web based Extranet application. This allows the supplier to quickly download the artwork and easily track the job.
At each stage of the job, any number of milestones can be provided, so at any time, people can see exactly where the job is at and who last updated it, making for much improved efficiently and corporate communications. Both Job and Milestone reporting is fully supported.
